Our course is designed for ages 5 and up! We have obstacles at different difficulty levels so kids of all ages can find the right challenge. Little ones under 5 can join during special family sessions with a parent.
The sooner the better! We recommend at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Popular dates go fast. A deposit secures your spot.
Comfortable clothes they can move in — think athletic wear, t-shirts, and leggings or shorts. Grip socks are required (available at the front desk if you need them). No jeans, sandals, or jewelry please!
We love daredevils! But safety always comes first. All obstacles have padded landing zones, our coaches are CPR/First Aid certified, and we keep strict capacity limits. Staff monitors the floor at all times. Your ninja is in great hands.
Absolutely! We have a comfy viewing area where you can watch (and cheer!). Family ninja time is the best ninja time!
For classes, camps, and after school programs, drop-off is totally fine — that's the whole point! You'll sign a waiver at your first visit.
For birthday parties, you bring your own food and cake — so you're in total control of allergens. For camps and after school, kids bring their own snacks and lunch. We're a nut-aware facility and all staff are trained on allergy protocols. Let us know about any allergies when you register and we'll make sure your kiddo is safe.
We pick up from select local schools and bring kids to Go Ninja. The afternoon includes homework time, a healthy snack break, structured ninja training, and free play on the course. Pickup is between 5:30-6:00 PM. Contact us for the list of schools we serve!
Open gym is free play — kids explore the course at their own pace with staff supervising. Classes (Movement Academy) are structured sessions with a coach who teaches skills progressively, sets goals, and helps kids master specific obstacles. Classes are session-based (usually 8 weeks) and fill up fast!
Yes! We offer sibling discounts for our After School Program and Movement Academy classes. Details are listed on each program's page. We believe every kid in the family should get to go ninja!
Totally normal — and honestly, some of our most nervous first-timers become our biggest ninja warriors. Our coaches are trained to meet kids where they are. Nobody is forced to do anything. We start with easier obstacles, celebrate small wins, and let kids build confidence at their own pace. Most nervous kids are smiling and climbing within 10 minutes.
Yes, grip socks are required for safety on the course. You're welcome to bring your own if they have rubber grips on the bottom. We also sell Go Ninja grip socks at the front desk — and birthday VIPs get a free pair!
